Bandai Namco Entertainment America and Europe have announced the western release details for Dragon Ball FighterZ. The game will be released for the Playstation 4, Xbox One, and Steam in both territories on January 26. Dragon Ball FighterZ will also have an Ultimate Edition release as well as a FighterZ Pass.

The Ultimate Edition will include the FighterZ Pass, which includes:
- Early access to eight additional characters
- Music pack with 11 songs from the anime
- Commentator voice pack
Those who pre-order the game digitally will also receive the following bonuses.
- Open Beta (PS4 & Xbox One)
- Early access to Super Saiyan Blue Goku & Super Saiyan Blue Vegeta
- Two exclusive lobby avatars
- Girls stamp pack (Android 21, Android 18, Bulma)
