Recently new details regarding a new series for the Yu-Gi-Oh! franchise have been revealed. The details were revealed at Jump Festa 2017. The 6th series of the franchise will feature the newest protagonist, Yuusaka Fujiki, who is stated to be someone who doesn’t want to stick out within the crowd at his school.
Things change swiftly as he enters the world of dueling.
Duels will
feature skateboard like devices that use virtual reality systems. Not much is revealed about how the system works, however it is interesting to see another new way of dueling within the Yu-Gi-Oh franchise.
The first opening theme for the series will be called “,Take a step forward and try!” The series will premiere next Spring in Japan, however no other details are confirmed at this time so stay tune for updates.
