Recently images for the upcoming Transformers MP-40 Targetmaster Hot Rodimus aka Hot Rod have surfaced online. These new images feature the latest version to the updated MP-28 mold; the updates to the mold include an all-new paint scheme along with his Targetmaster, Firebolt. The figure will also feature a new slot that will allow Firebolt to be able to be attached to Hot Rod’s vehicular mode. Now, this Targetmaster Firebolt is a reissue of a mold that was originally exclusive the to American release of MP-9 Rodimus Prime. However, for MP-40 the Firebolt mold will see its debut in the Japanese Masterpiece line. Transformers MP-40 Targetmaster Hot Rodimus will be released in February 2018.
