Following the many “mini” releases from the various game companies, Konami has unveiled they are continuing the trend with the release of the TurboGrafx-16 Mini. For those who are not aware the TurboGrafx-16 (released in Japan/ France as the the PC Engine) was a cartridge based gaming console that w
