Deadline has recently reported that a new animated series based on the Transformers brand is in production for Nickeleodeon. The series will be produced by Nickelodeon and Hasbro’s Entertainment One. The first season of the series will consist of 26 half hour episodes, and it will release in the US first before releasing internationally.
Ant Ward and Nicola Dubac will be working as executive producers on the project while Dale Malinowski will be working as co-producer. Nickelodeon Animation Studio will produce the series by Claudia Spinelli and Dana Vasquez-Eberhardt. Conrad Montgomery (Nickelodeon) and Mikiel Houser (eOne) will oversee the production.
